- Guest must check-in with passport.
- A check-in voucher will be sent via email or fax for easy reference.

Cancellation / no show
- 30 working days in advance refundable excluding 5.5% administration service fee.
- 15 working days in advance : 50% Non-refundable and non - transferable.
- 7 working days in advance : 100% Non-refundable and non - transferable.
